6. Subscription and Payment
Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees as stated at time of purchase
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the billing date
- Provide valid payment information
- Price changes with 30 days notice before renewal
7. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for new accounts. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe or your account will be converted to the free tier with limited features.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any service interruptions or data loss.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:
- You will have 30 days to export your data
- No refunds for unused subscription time
- We may delete your data after the export period
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyie Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skyie Vault from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
